IntroductionThis documentation is part of the Google Query and Link Stats File Conversion Tool to convert files that were downloaded from Google's WebmasterCentral console. Google did a number of additions and changes to the downloads available and the conversion tool does not incorporate all those changes yet. The documentation below reflects the available downloads as of December 2007, while the conversion tool is based on the downloads as of Spring 2007. Even though some of the new stuff is not supported yet, are the most relevant features still working with the new downloads.Google plans additional changes to the downloads in the coming months and also an API for full automated access to the data was announced and is expected to become available at the end of the first quarter of 2008 or early second quarter 2008. Also see my Guide to Google Webmaster Central Tools and Downloads. Table of Contents
